About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Vancouver-Beijing-Seoul

I have an hour of layover in Beijing going to seoul and 9hour layover still in Beijing heading back to Vancouver. I'm a Philippine passport holder, would I qualify for 24hr TWOV or do I still need to apply for a transit visa? Can I leave the airport during the 9hr layover?

You qualify for 24hr TWOV and you can leave the airport during the 9hr layover.

Yes, you don't need to apply for transit G type.
