Visa requirements when on a China Japan cruise into Shanghai then 4 other Chinese ports in March.

Ports visited: Shanghai.Qingdao.Tianjin.Hualien.Keelung.
Will I be eligible for the 15 day visa exemption visa if on an immigration approved tour ?Does this mean that all tours in each port must meet this immigration criteria?

As far as I know, foreign tourists come to Shanghai with valid international travel documents on cruise ships, who are organized and received by legally registered travel agencies in China and approved by the frontier inspection authorities, they can enter Shanghai Port International Passenger Transport Center or Wusongkou International Cruise Port without visa. They can stay in China for 15 days and go to the next port with the whole cruise group until the cruise ship leaves China.
