About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I visit the Shanghai GP from HK

Can I enter and leave from/to Hong Kong on a temporary visa without prior applications? I have an NL passport and will be flying HK - Pudong on Friday and back on Sunday/Monday from Pudong to HK.
