Flying to Beijing via Paris and back to Paris

Hello, I'm a French passport holder and want to fly to Beijing to attend an trade fair for 4 days. I'll be flying from Beirut to Beijing via Paris and going back to stay in Paris. Have my ticket and seats reserved. Is it possible to get the 144 hours Visa??

You are flying Paris-Beijing-Paris which obviously need a visa. That's a visit to China and not a transit. By the way, "144 hours visa" does not exist.
