TWOV with Turkish stamp

Hi,

I have a Turkish entry and exit stamp in my passport. Will this impact my chance of taking advantage of the TWOV program in Beijing and Shanghai?

So far that seems to only affect visa applications at an embassy or a consulate but not TWOVs.

I was denied the 24h TWOV last week (04th March 19) because of turkish stamps in my passport. I had to wait for 14h before I got the TWOV when the temporarily ban was finished. They even wanted to send me back to the DPRK. But due to the lack of flights that day they didn't. I would adive you not to go if you have turkish stamps in your passport.
