About:Visa on Arrival

I'm from Indonesia, and I have planning holiday to HongKong with my Family and go to Shenzhen

can I do VOA on March with my Family ?

I need to know this information also, as in 2018 hear so much information that Indonesian Passport is not allowed to entry Shenzen with VOA, maybe there is new information in 2019, anyone have any news ?,
