About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa free visit 144 hours

I am a Turkish Passport Holder but currently I live and work in the Netherlands. Beside holding Turkish passport, I have a Dutch Residence Permit (Dutch ID).

With my Dutch Residence Permit, Can I qualify for 144h Free transit program ?

No. Residency is irrelevant. Only passport matters.
