144 hour transit Visa: we have a flight with a stop over in Shanghai

we have a flight with a stop over in Shanghai in both directions with onward travel, are you allowed to enter China twice using the 144hour transit Visa for the stop overs each way

we fly London to PVG 3 days then on to Australia for two weeks then return to PVG for 3 days then back to London
