About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

transit through Shenzhen Airport - London to Phnom Penh

Hello, i just bought ticket with Shenzhen Airlines from London to Phnom Penh (Cambodia) with 17 hours stopover(changing planes) at Shenzhen Airport. And i m confused about visa free transit policy at this particular airports. Do i need transit visa? Even if i m not leaving the airport? Do I need aply for it at embassy in advance? I hold Polish passport.

Shenzhen recently adopted the 24 hour transit without visa which you can get when you arrive. You can change planes in Shenzhen. You might be able to leave the airport with that long of a stop and visit the city. I suggest if its overnight to book a room at the Hyatt as its connected to the airport and on subway line 11 which connects to downtown and all of the other subways lines.
