About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

A Philippine passport holder living in Germany. Do I need a Transit Visa in Guangzhou?

Flight is from Berlin to Manila with 10hrs transit in Guangzhou and a technical stop in Changsha. Since I have 10hrs transit, I would like to go out and explore the city of Guangzhou for a few hours. Is that possible?

If the total layover time in China is no more than 24 hours, you can get the 24h twov, and no need to apply for visa.
