About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

As foreign can I buy this card and how can I use?

I'll be in Shanghai and Beijing for 10 days in my trip but I wanna know how can I buy metro tickets to move in this cities.

Each city has its own transportation card. You need to buy two in total in Beijing and Shanghai. You can purchase the card at the service centers inside metro stations. And this card can be used on metro and public buses. :)
