About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Hi there,
I was going to apply for visa then heard about the 144 transit visa but am a little confused about the routes.
My route will be Sweden - Hong kong ( 3 days)- Taipei (20 days)- Shanghai 5 days)- Japan
I count Taipei will be A then Shanghai B and Japan C. Is it right?
Will this be qualified?
