What time are the Skypier ticket counters open in Hong Kong airport?

My flight will be arriving in Hong Kong at 5:30am and I plan to take the first ferry to Zhongshan at 9:50am. I am wondering if the ticket counters will be open so that I can get my ticket for the ferry right away after I land? I know that the airline I am flying with offers the checked through option for my luggage, however I am wondering what will happen to my suitcases if there is a lot of time between my arrival and getting my ticket.
