About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Manila-beijing airport-jfk

Am I qualified for the TWOV i have only 2 hours to change plane in beijing airport? Thanks

Yes, although you only need to go through transit security if both flights are in the same terminal. If not then the 2-hour period may not be long enough as switching terminals requires clearing immigration twice.
