144 Visa Free Transit in Shanghai

Transiting through Singapore Changi Airport on my flight to Shanghai from Brisbane Australia , where I will be a visitor/tourist for 6 days will then fly back to Singapore and onward to Vietnam
Do I met the requirements for the 144 Hour Visa Free Transit in Shanghai

You do not qualify for 144 hours visa free transit. You must get a visa or change your flights. You are flying Singapore-China-Singapore which is not a transit to a third country.
