About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour?

Hi,

I have been researching online but can't seem to find the answer to one specific question.

Me and my gf plan on using the 144 hour "free" transit to stay in Beijing. We fly from UK and will then fly to Seoul from Beijing. This is fine.

My question is, if we then returned to Shanghai after 3 weeks in Seoul / Japan, could we then use the 144 hour twov for Shanghai? Taking advantage of this twov twice in a short period of time? Our onward travel would be to SE Asia.

Any help would be great.

Your plan is fine. But it's not a visa, it's transit without visa.
