About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Hi. I am arriving at Shanghai Pudong Airport and transferring same day to Hongqiao Airport

For onward flight to Beijing (all of this on same day). Staying at hotel in Beijing overnight. Transferring to Tianjin International Cruise Port that departs Tianjin and next arrives in South Korea.

1. Where do I get a transit visa?
2. Do I need it to transfer between SH airports?
3. I calculate I will be in China from 5:10 a.m. March 15 until 1:00 p.m. on March 16, when the ship departs.

You get your visa from the Chinese embassy or consulate before you travel. Your route doesn’t qualify for visa-free transit.
