About:China Transit Visa

Do I need a transit visa to leave Shenzen airport?

I am a British passport holder travelling from London- Osaka with a 16 hr stopover in Shenzen. I was planning on checking into a airport hotel to try and sleep off some of the time. Will I need a transit visa/ anything to leave the airport??

You can apply for 24h twov at Shenzhen airport, and you could leave the airport after get permitted.
