About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

L Visa Validity Date

Hello,

I have been granted a tourist/L but I’m wondering if it’s possible to have the validity date changed to a later date? I still do intend to visit China however work commitment might be in the way and I can only travel to China a week after the “Enter Before” date. Can I change the date? Because otherwise I will not use this entry permit (is that also okay?) and I will then have to apply for a new one? Please advise. Thanks

You can enter China on a later date as long as your visa is still valid.

It says enter before 23rd February but I can only come to China in March. Can I still use it in March?

No. You need a new visa if entering in March.
