About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour visa free. Travelling with Australian passport

to Hong Kong for 7 days then onto Shanghai for 4 nights and fly back to Australia from Shanghai am I covered with the 144 hour free transit

Only if your Shanghai to Australia flight does not touch down in mainland China or Hong Kong.
