Turkish Citizens apply Chinese Visa

Hello, my colleague that who are architect in HK and she would like to apply a Chinese entry permit for Chinese New Year dinner 3nights, she had already provide an invitation letter and China office BR, but she still cannot get through the business m application, its there any other way that can help her single entry visit?
Please advise with much thanks.

If she is currently in HK, after prepare all right requirements, she can go to the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK SAR to apply for visit visa.

Yes she its in HK and visited the China Visa Centre but after all provide documents the center advise her, she need a letter from China Government, so its there other way?

If so, try to find an agency to see if they can get the invitation for you. Good luck.
