Where to return and refund Shanghai Public Transportation Card?

There are many service centers of different metro stations can provide this service. Where do you live? Then I can find the nearest place.

I live close to West Nanjing station. I heard that there is a refund machine at this station but no SPTC Counter with staff.

You can go to the Pudong Development Bank to refund the card. The near one is located at 1F, No.1788, West Nanjing Road, Jing'an District.
