Qualified for 144 days

We have us passport
We fight from Los Angeles to vietnam then Vietnam to Shanghai we stay in Shanghai for 3 days then get in cruise ship 14 days first stop is Hong Kong
Do we qualify for 144 hours twov please

Make sure flight to Shanghai does not land in Hong Kong first and your itinerary is compliant for the 144 hour visa free transit
