Need of Visa application before the journey?
I have a turkish passport but I am living in Germany.
I want to book a flight to Japan with a 18h Layover in Shanghai Pudong Airport, and the flight back has a 4h Layover in Chengdu.
Does the 24-hour TWOV of China apply to me? So I don't need to apply for entry permit beforehand, and I can get the entry permission at the airport in China?
