How do I go to Xiamen from Shantou and how long does the journey take? Is it better by bus or train

I thinks trains with a transfer is better. Take a bullet train to Chaoshan Railway Station, then transfer to another train to Shantou, taking about 2 hours and no more than CNY 150.0
