144 Visa Free to Chengdu

Hi,
I am a U.S. citizen. I plan to fly from Taipei - Chengdu - Hong Kong. Will I qualify for the 144 visa waiver program? Thanks.

Are you a Malaysia Passport Holder?
If yes, you cannot enjoy this policy. You need to apply for the visa in advance in your country.
