About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Fly from Cairns to Guangzhou, to Peking and than to Amsterdam

I fly from Cairns to guangzhou and than to Peking before I fly to Amsterdam. In total, Im only 12 hours in China, flight included. Can I use the 24 hours visa free transit for this flight?

Yes that is fine when its less than 24 hours between scheduled landing in Guangzhou and scheduled take off from Beijing
