Visa requirements for USA -> Shanghai -> Seoul -> Shanghai -> USA

Hi, I am traveling from the USA -> Shanghai -> Seoul -> Shanghai -> Seoul. I am staying in Shanghai for 2 days both before and after Seoul. Can I use this visa both times?
