validity of double entry visa
Hello, I have a double entry chinese entry permit (2x55days). The "enter before" is 16 NOV 2018. I entered the 12 NOV 2018 for the first entry, went to HongKong few days for new year, and wanted to go back in China today. But the officer says I can not enter again in china because the expiry date is passed... Is it normal ? Thanks
