Are we covered under 144 Exemption Transit Policy?
Our Cruise on Constellation ends in Shanghai on Feb3, 2019. We plan to stay two nights in Shanghai before we board our flight US. Flight departs from PVG (Shanghai), to SFO (SanFrancisco)on Feb 5, 2019. Where do we appy for 144 Exemption? and what documents are required?
