About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I’m flying to Beijing from Sydney with a 4 hour transit stop in Manila.

From Beijing I’m flying to Manila. Do I qualify for the 144 transit stay?

Your travel route is Sydney-Manila-Beijing-Manila. Thus you didn't qualify for this transit.

Even if I don’t leave the airport
I’m only in Manila on transit
Doesn’t It count as Sydney Beijing Manila

It doesn't matter if you don't leave the airport, or even the aircraft. You must get a visa or change your flights.
