About:Kunming Airport Transportation

I visit Kunming with a 24h visa at Kunming Airport.

Am I obliged to pick up my luggage and re-register when I leave?

Yes. If you wanna leave the airport during your layover, you need to apply for the Stay Permit when you arriving at the airport.
