About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates
can any body comment, Q1 if can be extended in china one year?
If yes,if it will be multiple visa,unlimited entries or restricted entries?

If you have Q1 visa, you have a Chinese residence permit, I suppose. You can try to extend your residence permit at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you don't need to extend the Q1 type then.

can u comment pls, if with q1, have a resident permit, have any restriction specific time in China and if i come back my country, during resident permit, I need to get again china visa or not?

If your residence permit is still valid, you can use it to re-enter China. No need to apply for a new visa for that.
