Waht is ths meaning of the comment about the 9th Son?

IN a visit to China I was told that I was the 9th Son of a Dragon. Yes, I was born in a dragon year.

Ed, it says that Pi Xiu is the ninth son of dragon. It is an auspicious animal that brings wealth. So I guess that you might be the one who is able to make a good fortune in your life.
