About:Fujian Tulou

Hi, Please comment about my travel plan as follows:

Day 1: Xiamen to Yongding to visit Hakka Earth Tower. Yongding to Mt Wuyi (Overnight)
Day 2: Mt Wuyi to Fuzhou (Overnight at Fuzhou)
How do I travel from Xiamen to Yongding to Mt Wuyi to FZ? How much time for travelling? Thanks

Well, you may alter your plan this way:
Day 1: Xiamen- Yongding- Fuzhou
Day 2: Fuzhou- Mt. Wuyi

To Yongding, you can take a direct bus from Fanghu Bus Station. The buses are available from 6:40 to 13:00, and the fare is CNY 56 to 60. The trip takes about 3 to 3.5 hours.

To Fuzhou, take a bus to Longyan (about 1.5 hours). Then, take a bullet train to Fuzhou from Longyan Railway Station (about 2.5 to 3 hours).

To Mt. Wuyi, take a bullet train to Wuyishan North from Fuzhou Railway Station (about 1 hour). Upon arrival, take bus line 7 to it.

By the way, the mountain is quite large. You are advised to spare two or three days if possible. :)
