I have been told by my hotel which is the Prime Hotel at the top end of Wangfujing street, to get shuttle bus 13 as it stops right outside the hotel. However, shuttle bus 13 only seems to go to the other airport at Nanyuan. Is there perhaps another shuttle bus service which is run by the hotel? I will be arriving at terminal 3 so can anyone tell me where to go to catch the shuttle bus? Thank you

There is no direct shuttle bus nowadays. Thus you are suggested to take the express train to Sanyuanqiao first. Then take metro line 10 to Hujialou Station and transfer to metro line 6 to Dongsi Station, Exit G. Afterwards, walk west around 650 meters to find the hotel. Upon landing, you can easily find the boarding site because there are many detailed English signs at the airport. Don't worry.
