About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

flying from seoul to shanghia , then to cambodia ,is that ok for 144hr visa ?

Yes, as long as Shanghai is your only stop in Mainland China and your Shanghai-Cambodia flight does not stop in South Korea.
