About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Do I need a China visa? I am diembarking in Shanghai from a Celebrity cruise to Southeast Asia. I

I have a confirmed Cathay Airlines leaving on the same day at 12:55 pm to Manila with an hour and a half stopover in Hongkong. Do I need to get entry permit. Thanks for your information.

If your last stop before entering Shanghai is not HK, you can use the free transit. No visa will be required.
