Hi, am I able to take a metered taxi from PEK Airport T3 to Nanshan Ski Resort?

Will Taxi refuse to take me due to the long distance(about 1.5 hours drive according to Baidu and estimated fare $200RMB) and remote area and will I be charged additional fees or scammed into paying more other than the metered fare on arrival? Or is it better to go with Prebooked transport(I was quoted $700RMB one way!).
