Is the cost in Shangri-la expensive, compared to Kunming?Should I go to Potatso National Park at the end of December? The entrance ticket is fairly expensive, I'm not sure whether it's worth visiting in the winter?Thanks

Yes, it is more expensive in Shangri-la. To be honest, the best time to visit the park is in July and August. So you are not advised to take a visit there.
