Less than 72 hrs in beijing from Camodia, then to Sidney

I will take a flight from Cambodia to Beijing, then will stay there for less than 72hours and i will go from Beijing airport to Sidney with a Scale in Qingdao airport(5hrs).
Am i available for a 72 or 144 hrs permit if thr scale is from the same company and i do not go out of the airport in qingdao??

You do not qualify for 72 or 144 hours transit without visa. Two stops limits you to 24 hours. You must either get a visa or change your flights.
