About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Am traveling to Shanghai via uk and Hong Kong not leaving Hong Kong Airport

Will I be allowed to enter SH without a visa stay in SH is less than 72hrs. Will be traveling back to Hong Kong for a short stay.

You mean you will fly UK - Shanghai - Hong Kong? If yes, you are eligible for 144-hour free visa.

But if you fly UK-Hong Kong-Shanghai-Hong Kong then you need a visa.
