travel under the 144 hour exemption

hello, im flying from:
Vladivostok to Seul 05/01/2018
Seul to Beiging 08/01/2019
Beiging to Moscow 11/01/2019
Do I need to have a visa? or can I travel under the 144 hour exemption ????

Thanks Sarah, oone more cuestion ....
the flights are in different airlines, Beiging to Moscow section, I will not have the check in yet, I will not have a bording pass until the day of the flight ... what do you think?

Separate tickets will be fine. You can just show the confirmed tickets for that.
