stopover. I'd like to buy a ticket to Shanghai.

Is it possible for a Romania-Paris-Shanghai ticket and back Shanghai-Amsterdam-Romania? I mention that Paris and Amsterdam are stopovers. Do I qualify for the 144-hour twov? I have five Chinese visas in my passport.
