About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Is a 1 hour 10 minute connection time at Beijing Capital Airport?

Air China to Air China IAD-PEK-BKK cutting it too close?
I am assuming these flights would fall under the Transfer in T3 category with a MCT of 1 hour but is this realistic?
