About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

PHILIPPINES-XIAMEN-LOS ANGELES

Hi, we are from the Philippines and flying to Los Angeles with an 18 hour layover in Xiamen. We also booked a hotel at Fliport Xiamen Hotel Airport.

1. Are we eligible to get a 24-hr TWOV?
2. If yes, Is there a counter at the airport where we can process the 24-hr TWOV?
3. We arrive in Xiamen at around 11:40pm will they still be open at that time?
