About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

do we qualify for 144 hours exemption in Shanghai, China?

We are Canadian citizen flying nonstop from Delhi to Shanghai for a cruise that ends in Hong Kong and from there we fly non stop to Delhi.
