About:Chinese Embassy in Portugal

Can a US citizen residing in Portugal apply for a China tourist visa?

Which Chinese embassy or consular location in Lisbon can a US citizen apply for a tourist L to China? Are there any concerns for applying while outside the US?

You can apply from the CVASC in Lisbon if you have valid residence permit in there. Just give it a try.
