About:Chinese Embassy in Portugal

I am an Afghan passport holder and living in Portugal, Can I apply to get China visa for business?

I hold an Afghan passport live in Portugal and do business so I need a China visa. could you please advise me on how to get the visa?

You need to fill in online visa application form, have it printed and signed, then prepare the requirements then submit the application to the visa service center in Lisbon.
The requirement for a business M visa:
Passport with at least 6-month validity
Visa Application Form and Photo
Proof of legal stay or residence status in Portugal
Documents on the commercial activity issued by a trade partner in China, or trade fair invitation or other invitation letters issued by relevant entity or individual.
