About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

china passport holder resident of portugal travelling to hong kong for 5 days then onwards to sanya

My wife is chinese, we live in portugal and she has a residents permit. We are planning on going to Sanya (hainan Island) through Hong Kongstaying 5 days in HK.

I read she does not require an entry permit if only in transit. we have return air fares to portugal and we have portugal residence.

Yes. She doesn't need an entry permit.
